The following is an example of the type of dialogue between Field Paoli and O'brien Kreitzberg. It is clear in Michael Hauser's comments, their construction management point of view of the project. They are able to provide general construction experience on various architectural elements, yet not compromise Field Paoli's design.

1. Door swings on restrooms are awkward.

2. Wood trellis is going to require a lot of maintenance. Is there an other material of choice?

3. What is the detail connection of aluminum curtain wall to cmu.

4. Stained concrete costs more than tile/terrazzo. Is there another material of choice?

5. Stainless steel countertops might be more appropriate than formica?

6. Questions the longevity of aluminum windows and doors.

7. Could the design of the roof support be simplified by the use of compression and tension rings thus reducing the angular tube steel supports that are visible structural elements?
