OWNER / MANAGER: Corporation of the Fine Arts Museums (COFAM) plays a broad managerial role with a small staff that has experience coordinating multiple parties.

DESIGN ARCHITECT: Herzog & deMeuron were hired by COFAM, through a competitive process, to provide concept and design development services. The firm was the primary contact for all public presentations of the Museum's design.

PRIME ARCHITECT: Fong & Chan were hired by COFAM after Herzog & deMeuron began their work. Fong & Chan developed Construction Documents, recommended primary consultants, selected secondary consultants, provided support for public presentations, and will be the primary contact during construction administration.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER / CONTRACTOR: Swinerton Builders were selected by COFAM largely because they had a successful track record on previous projects with the Museum. Swinerton provided construction scheduling and cost estimating services at the early stages of CD's and are currently the lead during construction administration.
