OWNER / MANAGER: Corporation of the Fine Arts Museums (COFAM) played a broad managerial role with a small staff that has experience coordinating multiple parties.

DESIGN ARCHITECT: Herzog & deMeuron worked directly for COFAM. While the firm eventually worked closely with Fong & Chan, their ultimate responsibility and contractual agreement was to the project owner.

PRIME ARCHITECT: Fong & Chan worked directly for COFAM. Again, their responsibility and contractual agreement was with the project owner.

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER / CONTRACTOR: Swinerton Builders also had an agreement directly with COFAM.
