Through our research, we have concluded that the outcome of the project is largely shaped by two primary factors, the relationships among the parties involved and the working methodology unique to this particular project.

Our story therefore focuses on the exploration and evaluation of these two dimensions:

The team relationship:
-Mechanism between the parties that is affected by the configuration of the team and the division of labor.

The working methodology:
-The working process that is established through the relationships among the team members, affected by both territorial distance and cultural difference, and the phasing of the project.

This project is a prime representation of cross-continental collaboration on an important public work. We believe this story can serve as reference to future collaborations that will undoubtedly face similar situations.
