Here is the organizational chart within the Smithgroup. Within the building design process there is a sequence:

  • Landing the Job, Planning and Programming
  • Schematic Design
  • Design Development
  • Construction Documents

For each design stage there are project managers that organize the architects and oversee the outcome of deliverables.
