City of San Jose
The city of San Jose is the driving owner, regulator and funder for this project. The city of San Jose highered Bridge as the "master developer" for both the housing and community center projects.
An architect from the Department of Public Works, represents the city as a code enforcer. Ashwini Katwan was the city architect who reviewed the construction documents and made sure all the plans were up to code.
The city has a group of legislature that drives the master plan for the project. Although the city is not directly involved in the development of the project, the city representatives do have a major impact on funding limits, program requirements and property limitations.
