Phase II Construction
Phase II construction began on July 14th, 2002, originally scheduled to
begin October 2001. The City of San Jose's redevelopment agency and city
manager's office debated over funding of the budget which slowed down
the final approval. The budget final approval came in June 2002 allowing
construction to begin. This has bumped up the move-in date to September
2003 (14-month project).
