End User
The "end user" for this project will be the seniors who will live in the apartments along with the community center users.
Ben Menor is the facilities manager for community center.
Bridge will own and run the housing portion of the project, and the city of San Jose, Parks and Recreation Department will own and be responsible for the success of the community center.
