PRNS: Parks and Recreation Neighborhood Services
It is part of the PRNS to establish feasible and effective financing
for parks and community facilities, and to provide ongoing funding for
programs, operations, and maintenance. Ben Menor who is the end user,
as the facility manager, will be funded by PRNS to run the operations
of the buildling.
PRNS also holds community meetings, with city representatives, community
members and neighborhood members to give input on their thoughts on the
project plan, objections, and prosepective use of the facilities. PRNS
brings the relevant issues to all project meetings to keep the ultimate
purpose in the minds of the project leaders.
